Abstract：Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease caused by brucella. In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the risk factor of brucello-sis transmission, using analytic hierarchy process, establish target tree, compara-tive judgment matrix to establish pairwise optimization of various risk factors, calculating the weight, and the weight value of the consistency index test and ran-dom consistency ratio test, according to the weight values are spread risk the size, adopt different control measures of the disease, caused by the movement of the risk of transmission of animal brucellosis control to a minimum.
