Progress on the Biological Evaluation Techniques of Transgenic Animals

Abstract：With the industrialized development of transgenic animals, biological safety evaluation methods and detection techniques have aroused great attention. In this paper, detection techniques involving in the production process of transgenic animals were overviewed by combing the latest research progress in China and abroad. Problems in the present detection methods were discussed and the develop-ment prospects were previewed.
