Determination of the Coumaphos in Coumaphos Solution(silkworm) by Gas Chromatography

Abstract：In order to make the method more simple and accurate, determination of cou-maphos content in coumaphos solution(silkworm) was researched and investigated. The contents of coumaphos solution(silkworm) were determined by gas chromatography with hydrogen flame detector.There were good linear relations between the concentrations and the peak -areas of coumaphos and internal standard in the range of 0.252 5 mg/mL~8.080 1 mg/mL, correlation coefficients (r) were 0.999 8 and 0.999 9 respectively;the recovery was 99.8% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) was 0.34%. The de-sign of this test was scientific and reasonable, this method was fast and accurate.
