Abstract：The classical swine fever indirect hemagglutination test(IHA)test meth-od, the seven Yantai Black pig and five Luyan White sows and their piglets for sows and piglets swine fever antibody titer of maternal antibodies research Yantai Black pig and Luyan White sows variation of maternal antibodies, found by trial and Yantai Black pig best first free time. Tests showed that Yantai Black pig and Luyan White pig swine fever antibody titer, from birth to 21 days postpartum has maintained a high level; postnatal 28 days, Luyan White sow swine fever antibody titers decreased faster in Yantai Black pig; Yantai Black pig and Luyan White sows piglets swine fe-ver maternal antibody levels significantly different, postpartum 21 days to 35 days Luyan White sows piglets swine fever maternal antibody levels decreased significant-ly faster than Yantai Black pig. According to the changes of maternal antibodies of classical swine fever, determine Yantai Black pig piglet swine fever free best time in the first 40 days, which can effectively reduce maternal antibodies against clas-sical swine fever vaccine interference; Luyan White sows piglets swine fever first free time 30 to 35 days for the best.
