The evaluation of Vancomycin residues risk in Animal food
Abstract：In recent years, due to the abuse of vancomycin, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection incidence increased year by year. Because of its growth-promoting effect , it maybe illegally added in Animal food. In order to stan-dardize producer’s behavior and prevent risks, the paper evaluate the risk of vanco-mycin and make recommendations.
