Abstract：Immunity of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of swine(SMP)is a problem in the world. This paper introduces universal precautions of SMP and main types of vaccine in domestic and international,Importantly introduces some prevention of measures about immune vaccine of SMP and confirms the significant effect of inactivated vac-cine, reported the best result of mucosal immunity of SMP vaccine in breakthrough maternal antibody, mass effect, stimulat mucosal immune and cell immunity. This pa-per analyzes some research problems about SMP and porcine bronchial pneumonia at home and abroad and prevention of SMP in future.
