A Brief Instruction about the Relationship between Influenza Virus HA Mutation and Receptor Recognition

Abstract：Recently there were more and more influenza virus infect human incident, but there was no infection between human, the mechanism is probable because the spec-ificity between the virus surface HA glycoprotein and the sialic acid receptor on the surface of the target cell. In this article the specificity between type A influ-enza virus and human, the influence of the amino acid mutation of HA and the infec-tion ability influence of the influenza virus with HA mutation has been described. Providing a theory on virus infection and transfer mechanism.
