Development of animal embryo transplantation technology and existing problems

Abstract：Animal embryo transfer is actually the process of embryo production and raising the embryo donor receptor division breeding. Its purpose is to make the eco-nomic benefit is low, production performance is not high, do not meet the social needs and the needs of people living dam as a receptor to produce high economic bene-fit, production performance is good, accord with the seed progeny social and peo-ple's needs, in order to increase the number of livestock and poultry, greatly im-prove the receptor female reproductive efficiency and economic benefit. The develop-ment of embryo transfer technology in domestic and abroad and Gansu province were summarized, and the application of transplantation from embryonic angle analyzes the main problems existing in the embryo transfer technique.
