Abstract： Natural disasters have a serious impact on animal disease, it can damage the rearing environment, drinking water resources and accelerate the dissemination of the disease. This article describes the impact of disasters on the microbial com-munity and how to carry out prevention and control measures of animal disease in the post-disaster, including timely processing of livestock deaths, good post-disinfec-tion, to carry out immunization and quarantine, improving the emergency mechanism, strengthen animal husbandry management, attention to personnel safety, etc., wish to provide guidance for prevention and control measures of animal disease in the post-disaster.
