Optimize for culture conditions of haemophilus parasuis

Abstract： Based on the experiment of medium composition, serum concentration, pH value of medium, preservation conditions of Haemophilus parasuis were optimized, getting the suitable culture conditions and providing the reliable basis for the fermentation production of Haemophilus parasuis. The conclusion was: the best cul-ture conditions and preservation of Haemophilus parasuis are as follows: the medi-um initial pH value was 7.3~7.5, medium composition for tryptone peptone 1.5%, soy peptone 0.5%, NaCl 0.5%, acid hydrolyzed casein 0.5%, glucose 0.2%, fetal bovine serum 5%, NAD 0.01%, freeze drying at the temperature of -20 ℃ with 10% skim milk powder.
