Research About P53 Serum Antibody Dynamic Rule of Mice Infected by Trichina

Abstract： Coating the micro-reaction board with purified Trichina’s P53 excrete re-combinant protein to establish trichina indirect elisa detection method. Using this method to analysis the results of mice infection test. Results showed that feeding 25 Kunming mice 100 larva per mice, the antibody can be tested by day 5, the peak of the antibody presented in day 27, the antibody remained steady until day 49, after that the antibody level started to drop.
