Abstract: Rabbit fungal skin disease is a kind of highly contagious and contact skin diseases between human beings and livestock. Positive test to select a weight similar to guitar rabbit farm breeding suspected rabbit fungal skin disease in clin-ical symptoms, examination, diagnosis rabbits infected with fungal skin disease Par-asitology. Divided into three groups(n=10), sub-cage artificial feeding of 30 days, other things being equal. Group Ⅰfor the control group, not administration. 5 mg of Amphotericin B subcutaneous injection in Group II,group of three subcutaneous injec-tion of 10 mg of Amphotericin B. Measure weight and mites in check. Prior to adminis-tration and 30 days after dosing, weighing 10 days 20 days 30 days before drug admin-istration and mites inspection. The experimental group weight gain all higher than the other groups, have a certain effect of Amphotericin B for the treatment of rab-bit mites echinococcosis. And 5mg and 10mg dose of the treatment of rabbit fungal skin disease effect was significantly higher than groupⅠ. The results show that the effect of amphotericin B in the content of 5 mg to the treatment of fungal skin diseases of Rex Rabbit is significant. The subcutaneous embedding of mode of admin-istration can effectively extend the effective time of amphotericin B.
