Abstract： The medicine residue in livestock products include β-Agonists res-idues,antibiotics,hormone,etc.ELISA(Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)is an optimal detecting technique due to its advantages,such as high sensitivity, better specialization,low demand to apparatus and low cost.In order to test the coincidence between the actual and marked indicators,in this paper,the principles for selection of ELISA kit and considerations were summarized for the detection of medicine residue.
