Influence of energy metabolism on cows in different roughage
Abstract：The test choiced sixteen healthy holstein cow in dry milk. The test cow had randomly divided into four groups on weight, age and closey parity .One test had four cow. The test is divided into two phase that the first phase had feed basal diet and the second phase had feed roughage, such as chinensis, alfalfa, corn silage and dry corn straw ,replacing 30% of base of diet for inspecting the influence of energy metabolism on cow in different roughage. The test results showed that alfalfa had the highest value（RFV） and the corn silage had higher value （RFV） than corn straw. It means silage had impoved the quality and nutritional value of Corn Straw.
