Effects of the Inclusion of Alfalfa and Forage Maize in Diet on Milk Production and Milk Components in Dairy Cows
Abstract：Research for the effects of the inclusion of alfalfa and forage maize in diet on milk production and milk Components in dairy cows.The experiment choosed a total of 20 Holstein cows, randomly divided into two groups, the control group were fed with straw and concentrate; the experiment group were fed with fresh alfalfa,forage maize and concentrate.The result showed that alfalfa and forage maize in diet of dairy cows, milk production and miikfat rate increased very significantly （P〈 0.01 ）, dry matter intake and milk protein increased significantly（P〈 0.05）.
