Study on Ovum pick-up and in vitro fertilizaton of Liaoning Cashmere goat female lambs
Abstract：This dissertation raked the LiaoningCashmere Goat female lambs as the research object. First of all, number and quality of oocytes collecled by different colle tion method were compared;Secondly, studythe effect of repeationsuperovulation onnumb and quality of oocytes collected;And then, cleavage rate of TALP IVF system and SOF was co pared, to expect Creating in vitro embryo producton system. The results were showed th the number and used number of oocytes collected byovarian cortex and medulla were both si nificant higher than that of by ovarian cortex（P〈0.05）. the number and used number of o cytes collected from repeation superovulation were both very significant lower than that of first superovulation（P〈0.01）. Cleavage rate of SOF IVF system was significant higher than that of TALP（P〈0. 05）.
