Effect of f Noise Stress on Blood Biochemical Parameters of Laying Hens
Abstract:The objective of this research was to study the effect of noise stress on blood biochemical parameters of hens. At the age of 500 day, 120 Hyline (Brown) commercial hens were randomly assigned to 3groups, with four rep- lications per group, 10 chickens in each replication. The results showed that triglycerides, glucose, calcium, phospho- rus and total cholesterol and creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase en- zyme activity were not significantly different between groups {P〉 0.05 ).While diets supplemented with 60 IU/kg of the VE play a role in relieving stress, but the effect was not obvious{P〉 0.05).
