Effects of Alfalfa Meal Ratio and Protein Level in Diet on amino acids in vitellus of Laying Huoyan Goose
Abstract：180 Huoyan Geese（12 weeks old）were randomly assigned to 9 dietary treatments（20 Geese per treatment）in a 3×3 factorial arrangement.The geese in each treatment were fed for 20d contained 10%,20% and 30% alfalfa meal of diet each incombination with 15.83%,14.01% and 12.74% protein.The study investigated the effect of dietary alfalfa meal ratio,protein level and the interaction on iron and zinc in vitellus of laying Huoyan Goose.The results showed iron in vitellus was significantly（P0.05） decreasing with the alfalfa meal ratio increasing,no significant effects of protein level of diet and the interaction on iron in vitellus.While zinc in vitellus was significantly（P0.05）decreasing with changing of the alfalfa meal ratio and protein level,no significant effects of the interaction on zinc in vitellus.And a significant negative relationship between alfalfa meal ratio（x,%）and iron in vitellus（y,mg/kg）：y =-4.5x＋121.22,r2=0.99;a significant positive relationship between alfalfa meal ratio（x,%） and zinc in vitellus（y,mg/kg）：y=1.67x＋121.22,r2=0.95.
