Abstract:Neutrophilic dermatoses(NDs)are a group of non-infectious inflammatory disorders characterized by aseptic neutrophilic infiltration.Pro-inflammatory cytokines, including IL-1 β,IL-17,and TNF-α,play pivotal roles in the pathogenesis of these conditions.Although glucocorti-coids and immunosuppressive agents still serve as the primary treatment modalities, biologics and small molecule targeted therapies have become a major focus of recent research. This article re-views the recent advances in the application of such emerging drugs for the treatment of NDs,in-cluding the mechanisms of action and clinical efficacy of TNF-α inhibitors,IL-1 inhibitors, and other biologics. It also evaluates the level of evidence from relevant literature, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical management of refractory and recurrent neutrophilic dermatoses.
