Abstract:A case of bullous pilomatricoma is reported.A 26-year-old man presented with a 7-year history of neoplasm on the right elbow flexor.Dermatological examination revealed a well de-marcated,elevated loose blister, sized 3.0 cm ×3.0 cm × 1.0 cm,on the right elbow flexor. The blister was intact with a hard nodule, about 1.5 cm × 1.0 cm × 0.3 cm in size,at its base. The nodule was in irregular shape with poor mobility, but without tenderness.Histopathology showed normal epidermis and a dermal tumor composed of basaloid cells and shadow cells.Lymphatic di-lation was evident. The tumor was completely removed by resection, and the wound healed well. There was no recurrence during the follow-up.
