Abstract:Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of miRNA in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris .Methods:Four representative miRNAs ( miR-30e-5p、 miR-192-5p、miR-17-3p、miR-1227-5p) were selected in this study .Their expression levels in serum of 60 pa-tients with psoriasis vulgaris and 6 healthy people were monitored by real-time PCR, and PASI score in patients were evaluated .Then the relationship of the expression of four miRNAs and the PASI score was analyzed by Spearman Test .Results: Compared with healthy people , in the pe-ripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris , expression levels of miR-30e-5p, miR-192-5p, miR-17-3 p and miR-1227-5 p were all down-regulated , and were negatively correlated with the PA-SI score (all P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression levels of serum miR-30e-5p、miR-192-5p、miR-17-3p、miR-1227-5p can be used as biomarkers for Psoriasis Vulgaris .
