Abstract:Objective:To study the expression and clinical significance of miRNAs in the pe-ripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods:miRNA chip technology were per-formed to screen the differential expression of miRNAs in peripheral blood of psoriatic patients, and bioinformatics were used to predict target genes for differential expression of miRNA and analysis enrichment of target gene function. Results:A total of 22 miRNAs were found, according to the prescribed standards( the P-value(%) <0.05 and the fold change_>1.5 ) , including 5 low-ex-pression and17 over-expression miRNAs.Conclusions:There are differentially expressed miRNAs in the peripheral blood of patients, some miRNAs may be very important in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
