Analysis of TRUST Results of 219 Lupus Erythematosus Patients with Positive Antinuclear Antibody

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the correlation between TRUST test positive and antinu-clear antibody ( ANA) test positive in lupus erythematosus ( LE) patients.Methods:219 LE pa-tients with positive ANA were tested by TRUST assay,and the distribution of ANA titer and type in positive TRUST patients were analyzed.Results:In 219 LE patients, 8 cases were TRUST posi-tive, the positive rate was 3.7%.The positive rate of ANA homogeneous type was significantly higher than that of granules, nucleolus or centromere type ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion:Positive TRUST result in LE patients may be associated with ANA.
