Abstract:Objective:To observe the relationship between autoimmune index and the severity of Chronic spontaneous urticaria. Methods:The serum levels of ASST, IgE, C3, C4, IgA, IgM, IgG,TPOAB and TGAB of 79 patients with Chronic spontaneous urticaria were detected.UAS7 method was used to evaluate the severity of 79 patients, and the correlation between the index a-bove and degree were analyzed. Results:The positive rate of ASST was 54%.There were no corre-lation between the expression of ASST,IgE,C3,C4,IgA,IgM,IgG,TPOAB,TGAB and the UAS7 scores of chronic spontaneous urticaria ( P>0.05 ) .Significant differences were found between the C3 concentrations of the mind degrees of urticaria severity and the moderate degrees(P<0.05). Conclusion:To some extent, the expression of C3 could provide some reference to the severity of chronic spontaneous urticaria.
