Analysis on the Expression Differences of IgG, IgA and IgM Antibody in Syphilis Patients before Treatment

Abstract：Objective:To analysis the differences expression of IgG, IgA and IgM antibody in Syphilis patients before treatment.Methods:The serum of IgG, IgA and IgM antibody in 34 pa-tients with syphilis ( primary syphilis 8 cases, secondary syphilis 15 cases, tertiary syphilis 11cases) were measured by western blotting before treatment.Results:The positive rate of IgG Tp47, Tp45, Tp34 and Tp15 antibody were all 100%in different stages of syphilis.However, the positive rate of Tp33 antibody in tertiary syphilis (63.6%) was less than primary and secondary syphilis patients ( P =0.009 ); There were no significant difference in IgA antibody among the three stage of syphilis.Besides, no positive cases of Tp41, Tp34, Tp33, Tp30 in primary syphilis and Tp33 antibody band in tertiary syphilis were found;The expression of IgA Tp41 and Tp37 an-tibody have statistically significant difference among the three stage of syphilis ( P =0.035 and P=0.020) .Conclusion:Tp47、TP45 and TP15 could be used as indicators of diagnosis for pri-mary syphilis.Tp41, Tp37 and Tp33 could be considered as indicators for clinical stage of syphi-lis.Tp45, Tp41, Tp17 and Tp15 could be used as diagnostic reference for clinical efficacy.
