Visualizing Analysis on Hotspots and Research Frontier of Candida Biofilm

Abstract：To analyze hotspots and research frontier of Candida biofilm.Methods:The software of Mapping Knowledge Domains named CitespaceⅡbasing on the JAVA was used and the Mapping Knowledge Domains were drawn through the classical literatures, high-cited key-words/terms and burst term.Results:A total of 1631 records, 10 classical literatures, 20 high-cited keywords/terms and 5 burst terms were analyzed.The main research hotspots belonged to the formation of the biofilm, the basic experimental technology, model building and drug resistance. Moreover, the research frontier focused on model building and drug resistance.Conclusion:Map-ping Knowledge Domains is a useful tool in mastering the hotspots and the research frontier of the Candida biofilm.
