Treatment of Advanced Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma with Anlotinib Combined with Temozolomide: A Case Report
Abstract:Nasopharyngeal cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the ear, nose, and throat. Approximately 80% of cases occur in China, with higher incidence and mortality rates than the global average, seriously threatening people's health [1]. About 70% of patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage, and the 5-year survival rate of patients with advanced stages is below 40%, with a median survival time of only 3 years [2].
