Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of trophoblast surface antigen 2(TROP2),thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1),and aspartate peptidase A(Napsin A)in lung adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods A total of 134 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent surgery and were admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were collected and followed up until December 31,2024.During the follow-up period,6 cases were lost to follow-up,and finally 128 patients were included. The expressions of TROP2,TTF-1 and Napsin A in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining, and the recurrence-free survival curve was plotted by the Kaplan-Meier method. Results The positive rates of TROP2 and TTF-1(57.81%,64.84%)and the negative expression rate of Napsin A(42.19%)in lung adenocarcinoma tissues were higher than those in adjacent tissues(7.81%,7.03%,2.34%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of TROP2 was related to TNM stage, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to other clinicopathological characteristics. The expression of TTF-1 was related to the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to other clinicopathological characteristics. The expression of Napsin A was related to tumor diameter,TNM stage, degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but not related to other clinicopathological characteristics. The positive rates of TROP2 and TTF-1 in the recurrence group(95.24%,97.62%)and the negative expression rate of Napsin A(78.57%)were all higher than those in the non-recurrence group(39.53%,48.84%,24.42%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the follow-up period of 128 patients,42 cases relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 32.81%.The recurrence-free survival rate of patients with lung adenocarcinoma expressing TROP2 positive,TTF-1 positive and Napsin A negative was lower than that of patients with TROP2 negative,TTF-1 negative and Napsin A positive(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of TROP2,TTF-1 and Napsin A in patients are closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics and recurrence-free survival of lung adenocarcinoma.
