Diagnostic value of PGR、TFF3、CEA、CA724 combined with Helicobacter pylori detection in early gastric cancer

Abstract：Objective To study the diagnostic value of pepsinogen I/Pepsinogen II(PGR),trilobal factor 3(TFF3),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 724(CA724)combined with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)detection in early gastric cancer.Methods 104 patients with early gastric cancer admitted to Suqian Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from July 2018 to March 2023 were selected as the group A,and 382 patients with stomach lesions and non-gastric cancer admitted during the same period were selected as the group B.The serum PGR,TFF3,CEA,CA724 and positive rates of Hp of the two groups were compared.The risk factors of early gastric cancer and the diagnostic value of CEA,CA724 and Hp combined detection for early gastric cancerwere analyzed.Results PGR in group A was lower than that in group B(t=13.422),and serum TFF3,CEA,CA724 levels and Hp positive rate were higher than those in group B(t/χ2=34.085,6.317,9.315,76.384,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that low PGR,high serum TFF3,CEA and CA724 levels,Hp positive,salt threshold>2,mental stress and irregular meals were all independent risk factors for early gastric cancer(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)values of serum PGR,TFF3,CEA,CA724,Hp positive rate alone and TFF3,CEA and CA724 in the combined in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer were 0.745,0.720,0.668,0.761,0.741 and 0.773,respectively.The AUC value of the combined detection of the five was 0.907,and the combined detection of the five was higher than that of the five alone and TFF3,CEA and CA724 in the combined(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many independent risk factors for early gastric cancer.The combination of serum PGR,TFF3,CEA,CA724 and Hp positive rate was helpful to improve the diagnostic value of early gastric cancer.
