Abstract:Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, and its morbidity and mortality rank at the forefront of malignant tumors in China.Among them, the use of pepsinogen, gastrin,Helicobacter pylori antibody, and other serological markers for early screening of gastric cancer is also widely used in clinical practice. In recent years,it has been found that pepsinogen and gastrin may guide the occurrence and development of gastric cancer through a series of ways such as promoting cell proliferation and inhibiting cell apoptosis. This article reviews the current role of pepsinogen and gastrin in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, and its morbidity and mortality rank at the forefront of malignant tumors in China.Among them, the use of pepsinogen, gastrin,Helicobacter pylori antibody, and other serological markers for early screening of gastric cancer is also widely used in clinical practice. In recent years,it has been found that pepsinogen and gastrin may guide the occurrence and development of gastric cancer through a series of ways such as promoting cell proliferation and inhibiting cell apoptosis. This article reviews the current role of pepsinogen and gastrin in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
