Research progress of STING agonists and tumor

Abstract：Objective Stimulator of interferon genes(STING)is an important signal transduction molecule in the body's autoimmune response and has good anti-tumor effect in clinical research.STING agonists can be used in combination with other immune checkpoints,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,etc.,which can minimize the side effects of tumor treatment,and it has broad application prospects in the field of tumor treatment.In this paper,we searched the relevant data of STING target drugs through PharmaIntelligence,PubMed,CNKI and other websites,summarized and analyzed the mechanism of action and clinical research of STING agonists,and provided reference for the subsequent research of STING agonist.
