Abstract:Objective Adipocytes are an important component of mammary glands, and cancer-associated adipocytes with coronal structure promote the proliferation and metastasis of breast cancer cells.Adipokines secreted by adipocytes promote tumor cell migration and angiogenesis by specifically inducing transcriptional programs associated with promoting tumorigenesis.Adipocytes provide lipids to breast cancer cells through the pathway of lipid metabolism, and promote the metabolic remodeling of breast cancer cells.Adipocyte-derived fibroblasts can promote breast cancer tumor progression and hyperplasia of connective tissue, while adipose-derived collagen VI can also provide support for breast cancer cells.Rational use of the mechanism of adipocytes in breast cancer may become a new target for breast cancer treatment, which is worth looking forward to.
