Progress of the multiple lung ground glass nodules in diagnosis and treatment

Abstract：Objective With the widespread use of the HRCT in lung cancer screening,the detection rate of multiple ground glass nodules(mGGNs)increased visibly.Although the correlation between mGGNs and early lung adenocarcinoma has been confirmed,there is still a lack of consensus guiding to manage mGGNs through surgery,which is an important treatment for early lung cancer.In this paper,the phenotypes of mGGNs in the aspects of radiology and molecular genetics and the research status of the diagnosis and treatment were summarized,in order to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of mGGNs.
