Abstract:Objective To explore the value of regulatory T cells(Treg)combined with serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Sixty-seven non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted from January 2022 to October 2022 were collected as the observation group, and 61 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of Treg cell markers CD3+,CD8+,and CD4+Foxp3+were measured using flow cytometry;Real time fluorescence PCR(qPCR)was used to measure the serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 level, and the relationship between Treg and serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 expression levels and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed;Draw subject characteristic working curve(ROC)to evaluate the efficacy of Treg combined with serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. Results The level of Treg cell marker CD3+CD8+ in the observation group was 0.48±0.11,lower than the control group's 0.59±0.16(P<0.05);The levels of serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 and Treg cell marker CD4+ Foxp3+ in the observation group were 3.62(1.44,7.62)and 0.76±0.06,respectively,higher than the control group's 0.91(0.17,3.43)and 0.67±0.19,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of CD4+Foxp3+ and serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 are related to stage and pathological type(P<0.05).The combined detection of Treg cell markers CD3+CD8+,CD4+Foxp3+,and serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 has a higher efficacy in diagnosing non-small cell lung cancer patients than a single indicator(P<0.05).Conclusion Treg cell marker CD4+Foxp3+ and serum extracellular vesicle ZFPL1 are highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer, while CD3+CD8+ levels are low, which can accurately achieve preoperative staging.Combined determination of different indicators can improve diagnostic efficacy.
