Abstract:study the expression of thyroid hormone receptor β1 (TRβ1), c?Myc and β?catenin in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues and their clinical significance. Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,65 cases of endometrioid adeno?carcinoma,32 cases of endometrial complex hyperplasia, 30 cases of endometrial simple hyperplasia and 23 cases of normal endometrial tissues were collected. The expression of TRβ1, c?Myc and β?catenin in the above tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationships of TRβ1, c?Myc and β?catenin with clinicopathological characteristics and the relationship among the three pro?teins were analyzed. Results The expression of TRβ1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues was 9. 2%(6/65), lower than 78. 1%(25/32)of endometrial complex hyperplasia tissues, 90. 0%(27/30) of endometrial simple hyperplasia tissues and 87. 0%(20/23) of normal endometrial tissues. The expression of c?Myc and β?catenin in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues were both 89. 2%(58/65), higher than 15. 6%( 5/32) and 21. 9%( 7/32) of endometrial complex hyperplasia tissues, 13. 3%( 4/30) and 16. 7%( 5/30) of endometrial simple hyperplasia tissues, and 17. 4%(4/23)and 26. 1%(6/23)of normal endometrial tissues. The differences in the above tissues had statistic significance(P<0. 05).The expression of TRβ1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues was not associated with age, tumor size, depth of invasion and vascular violation (P>0. 05), but related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0. 05).The ex?pression of β?catenin and c?Myc in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues was not associated to age, tumor size, depth of invasion, clinical stage and vascular violation(P>0. 05), but related to lymph node metastasis(P<0. 05).TRβ1 was negatively correlated with β?catenin(r=-0. 404,P=0. 001) and c?Myc(r=-0. 575,P=0. 000), but β?catenin was positively correlated with c?Myc(r=0. 360,P=0. 003). Conclusion The expression of TRβ1 in endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues is down?regulated and the expression of c?Myc and β?catenin is up?regula?ted.TRβ1 can inhibit the occurrence and development of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, while c?Myc and β?catenin act the reverse roles.
