Choice of first?line treatment strategy for advanced non?small cell lung cancer

Abstract:The incidence and mortality of lung cancer rank first in China??s malignant tumors, and the proportion of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is high. With the advancement of molecular detection methods, targeted and immunotherapeutic drugs emerge in an endless stream, and the clinical research is increasingly deep, providing more choices for the treatment of advanced NSCLC, but at the same time, the precise grasp of the first-line treatment strategy also brings severe challenges. In this paper, based on the expression of driver genes, the clinical research of advanced NSCLC at home and abroad is summarized, in order to explore the best first-line treatment strategy under the guidance of evidence-based medicine, to maximize the survival of patients and improve the quality of life.
