Abstract:Gastric cancer has a high morbidity and mortality in the world, and its pathogenesis is complicated. Environmental and genetic factors are two major factors affecting the occurrence and development of gastric cancer, and environmental factors are rela?tively clear at present. With the development of modern medical technology, more and more studies focus on genetic factors, and single nucleotide gene polymorphism has become a hot spot. To study the susceptibility of gastric cancer at gene level can provide a new basis for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic evaluation of gastric cancer. This article reviews the single nucleotide polymor?phism of gastric cancer?related cytokines.
