Abstract:Exosomes are a extracellular vesicles, which contain a large number of bioactive substances within lipid bilayer membrane. Researches have indicated that exosomes of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) can change tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy drugs and participate in the regulation of tumor cells and microenvironment. The study of exosomes has unique value in lung cancer research, including molecular mechanism of drug resistance, early diagnosis of tumor development and new drug carriers design. This paper carries out a review on the progression of NSCLC drug resistance and exosomes inrecent years.
