Advances in immunotherapy of solid tumors with T cells

Abstract：Immune system is an important system for immune surveillance, defense and regulation of human body. T cells are the main effect cells of anti-tumor immunity. At present, a variety of tumor immunotherapy has been applied in clinical practice, indicating that tumor immunotherapy has entered a new era. In this review, the progress of T cell immunotherapy targeting solid tumor is reviewed.
