Research progress of exosomes in lung cancer diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and drug resistance

Abstract：Exosomes are nano-sized vesicles with phosphor lipid bilayer membrane, which contain many bioactive substances and play an important role in the development of lung cancer. Exosomes can mediate cell signal transduction,tumor cell metastasis, regulation of tumor pathogenesis,and tumor cell resistance and other biological functions. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that exosomes have close relationship with the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and drug resistance of lung cancer. This review summarizes these search progress of exosomes on the diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and drug resistance in lung cancer.
