Progression of the mechanism to lung cancer with brain metastasis

Abstract：The incidence of brain metastasis in lung cancer is about 20％-40％,which is the most common intracranial metastatic tumor.Overall survival of these patients is significantly shortened.At present,the research on the mechanism of brain metastasis mostly focuses on the gene mutation of lung cancer cell,intercellular interaction between cells and microenvironment of metastasis.The molecular mechanism has great significance in clinical treatment,drug choice and therapeutic schedule.This paper reviews the recent advances in related gene and molecular mechanism of brain metastasis in lung cancer,focusing on driver gene of lung cancer and cancer cells interaction with astrocytes and microenvironment of metastasis.
