Progression of long non-coding RNA MALAT1 in tumor research

Abstract：Metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 (MALAT1),as one of long non-coding RNAs(IncRNAs),is verified to be high expressed in various tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer,breast cancer,cervical cancer,bladder cancer and etc.It plays a significant role of oncogene and is closely related to the development and progression of tumors.It is likely to be regarded as a target for diagnosis,treatment and prognostic prediction in tumors,This review summaries the latest domestic and overseas studies to state the mechanisms of MALAT1 in various tumors.
