Abstract:Gastric cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high mortality of digestive system. At present, the main treat-ment methods of gastric cancer are surgical resection, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, however, the outcome is not as good as expec-ted. Along with the rapid development of immunology, cancer immunotherapy has become a research hotspot. Immunotherapies such as tumor vaccine and immune checkpoints targeted therapy have exhibited a promising prospect. Because of the complex pathogenesis and heterogeneity of gastric cancer, many problems still remain to be solved. Tumor microenvironment plays an important role in tumor oc-currence, development and metastasis. This article reviews the research achievements, problems and prospects of tumor microenviron-ment and immunotherapies for gastric cancer.
