The patients’ satisfaction in the breast-conserving surgery group was higher than that in the radical mastecto-my group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05) . The measurement results of SES, FA CT-B in the breast-conser-ving surgery group was improved compared with the modified radical mastectomy group( P<0. 05) . Family cohesion and adaptability in the breast-conserving surgery group were better than those in the modified radical mastectomy group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05) .
