Abstract:MicroRNAs ( miRNAs) are recently discovered, small single-strand RNA molecules that can regulate gene expres-sion, and the abnormal expression or mutation in miRNAs are considered to be associated with the initiation and progression of a variety of tumors. It has been identified that miRNAs play a crucial role in triple negative breast cancer, providing a novel possible therapeutic application. In this review, we will provide an overview of the application of miRNAs in triple negative breast cancer.
