Progression of circulating microRNA in lung cancer

Abstract：MicroRNAs( miRNAs) play an important regulating role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. And the finding of circulating miRNAs provides potential non-invasive biomarkers for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis judgment of lung cancer. In this review, we summarized the research progress of circulating miRNAs as a valuable biomarker for the diagnosis, prognosis and platinum-based chemotherapy sensitivity of lung cancer from the latest articles home and abroad.
