The role of T790M mutation in non-small cell lung cancer of targeted therapy

Abstract：T790M mutation is one of main reasons for resistance in non-small cell lung cancer patients who received targeted therapy with sensitive epidermal growth factor receptor mutation. The pretreatment T790M mutation was reported as well as resistance T790M with predictive and prognosis function. The review mainly discusses the progression about the role of T790M mutation in the tar-geted therapy.
