Abstract:Patients with positive results in the initial screening for high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)may experience a range of adverse psychological states due to concerns about cervical lesions and canceration, which can negatively impact their quality of life.Furthermore, the long-term psychological state of patients is associated with disease progression, increasing the risk of cervical lesions and affecting prognosis outcomes. This study comprehensively analyzes the psychological status and potential trends of changes in patients with positive HPV screening results by reviewing relevant research reports from both domestic and international sources. It also summarizes the influencing factors and intervention strategies for patients'adverse psychological states, providing a reference for alleviating or eliminating these adverse psychological states in patients with positive HPV screening results.
