Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive emergency trauma care model based on pre-hospital and post-hospital integration in patients with severe trauma. Methods A total of 104 patients with severe trauma admitted from January to December 2022 were selected.Among them,52 patients with severe trauma admitted from January to December 2022 were selected as the control group, who received conventional trauma care, while 52 patients with severe trauma admitted from January to September 2023 were selected as the observation group, who were received the comprehensive emergency trauma care model based on pre-hospital and post-hospital integration. The success rate of rescue, resuscitation time,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score,Abbreviated Injury Scale-Injury Severity Score(AIS-ISS),and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups. Results The rescue success rate of the observation group[96.15%(50/52)]was higher than that of the control group[82.69%(43/52)](P<0.05).The pre-hospital emergency time, disease assessment time, vital signs evaluation time, intravenous access establishment time, and basic life support rescue time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment, the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the AIS-ISS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in the observation group[10.00%(5/50)]was lower than that in the control group[30.23%(13/43)](P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive emergency trauma care model based on pre-hospital and post-hospital integration can improve the rescue success rate of patients with severe trauma, shorten the rescue time, and reduce the incidence of complications, thus effectively improvingthe prognosis.
