Efficacy of Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with GnRH-a in endometriosis patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)in the treatment of endometriosis(EMs)patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 104 EMs patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,selected from April 2022 to October 2024,were enrolled and divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method.The control group(n=52)received Leuprorelin Acetate Microspheres treatment,while the observation group(n=52)received additional Fuke Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function indicators,endometrial hemodynamic parameters,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31％(48/52),significantly higher than 76.92％(40/52)in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2)levels decreased compared with pre-treatment levels in both groups,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the endometrial blood flow pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hot flushes and nausea between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).However,the incidence of fatigue in the observation group was 32.69％(17/52),significantly lower than 69.23％(36/52)in the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with GnRH-a can effectively enhance the clinical efficacy in EMS patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,improve their ovarian function indicators and endometrial hemodynamic parameters,with a favorable safety profile.
